Written for the person it serves.
Each change to KERUB OS answers something an owner, a board, a resident or the team on site asked of KERUB. Here is what it does for each, and how you can rely on it.
Reception and security follow a published rota: posts by day and by night, with relief and rest in turn. Each handover carries its post's checklist and goes to the person the rota names next.
A handover left waiting is raised to the coordinator, then to management. Rota changes are approved by management.Notifications drop from the top of the screen, grouped and marked by what they need from you. Choose a look, a new wallpaper each day, and the windows you want first.
Services with a set price show it before you confirm, and KERUB confirms the price of the rest.Coordinators send reminders written for each person, in one batch. Anything blocked is raised and decided: handed on, given more time, taken over, or settled.
Each task records when it was opened, who checked it and every change along the way.Occupancy, repairs against target, money owed and KERUB's own books, each with its next step and who takes it.
A figure appears only when the records hold it, and tasks that look out of line are raised for review.Kerub Real Estate Ltd · Registered with the Rwanda Development Board · TIN 120981530 · KG 611 ST, Remera, Kigali
