KERUB lets, looks after and accounts for homes in Kigali on their owners' behalf, so an owner receives the rent and a clear statement each month.

KERUB is a property management company in Rwanda for owners who want their home let well and kept well, whether they live in Kigali or abroad. Each apartment or house is treated as an asset: let to people KERUB has met and checked, maintained to a written standard, and accounted for every month.

Owners follow it all in KERUB OS: the rent collected, every repair with its photographs, and a monthly statement with KERUB's fee on its own line. This is real estate asset management in Kigali, kept to the detail an owner would bring themselves.

Do you manage a single apartment?

Yes. KERUB manages single apartments and houses as well as whole buildings, and the owner sees the same detail in KERUB OS either way.

How are owners paid?

Each month, after the rent is collected and the month's costs and KERUB's fee are settled. The statement shows every line.

What does it cost?

KERUB's fee is agreed per mandate, and shown on every statement.

Can you furnish an empty apartment?

KERUB can advise on furnishing for the market the home will let to, and arrange it. Talk to the team about the apartment.
